Terms and Conditions for Financial Counseling Certification Course
1. Introduction
Welcome to the Financial Counseling Certification Course (the “Course”). By enrolling in or accessing the Course, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before participating.
2. Purpose of the Course
The Course is designed to provide financial advisors with practical counseling skills to better manage and support client relationships. This Course does not qualify participants as mental health professionals, nor does it provide training equivalent to licensure in psychology, therapy, or any related mental health field.
3. Course Structure and Requirements
The Course consists of 10 classes, each accompanied by a quiz that must be completed.
3.1 Certification Requirements
To earn the Financial Counseling Certification:
- All 10 classes must be successfully completed.
- All 10 associated quizzes must be completed with a passing score.
3.2 Maintaining Certification
To maintain certification status, participants must:
- Successfully complete 2 out of the 4 quarterly continuing-education classes offered each year.
4. Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day refund policy from the date of purchase. Refunds are only available if:
- No more than 5 of the 10 classes have been taken or accessed.
Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing through the official support channel.
5. Intellectual Property
All Course materials, including videos, written content, quizzes, and supplementary resources, are the intellectual property of the Course provider. Participants may not copy, distribute, or share these materials without explicit written permission.
6. Participant Conduct
Participants are expected to engage respectfully in all Course-related communications and activities. Any form of harassment, misconduct, or misuse of Course materials may result in removal from the Course without refund.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Course and its instructors are not liable for any decisions, financial or otherwise, made by participants or their clients. The Course is educational in nature and does not guarantee improved business outcomes.
8. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of material changes.
8.1 Privacy Policy
We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Any information you provide during enrollment or participation in the Course will be used solely for administrative, educational, and certification purposes. We will not sell, share, or distribute your personal information to any third party except as required by law.
8.2 Disclaimer
The Course provides educational content intended to enhance participants’ financial counseling skills. All information provided is for educational purposes only and should not be interpreted as legal, psychological, therapeutic, or investment advice. Participants are solely responsible for how they apply the skills and information learned.
